For a dime a day...that's how much GreenDimes says it will cost to rid your world of junk mail. I was over looking at their site. What do they do with the money you give them to rid the world of junk mail? They plant trees! There are 3 levels of membership, the first being the cheapest upfront at $3 a month. Each month they will plant a tree for your contribution to their cause. You have to admit, this is a very different approach to ridding the world of excess paper and a shortage of trees. Their site has a ticker that tells you just how much junk mail they have stopped, trees that have been planted, and the gallons of water that have been saved due to their efforts to make the world a nicer place to live. Kudos to them!!!
