Just so you all know, I may have friends on my list that curse, but I am not one for cursing. I don't condone it. I may do it in my head occasionally and repent of it, but I am not a person who practices it in every day life. I have given it up as much as I can.

 Intelligent people should be able to find suitable alternatives to cursing. Yes, I know that it helps to blow off steam. I know that if you can't think of anything else to describe something that is really unbelievable that those words tend to roll out first...but think about how much prettier you are when you say words that baffle the mind? It is attractive. Seriously. Try it and see. Go to your mirror and say some type of curse word. Then think of an alternative and say it. See how much nicer you look when you say "Unbelievable" instead of that other word you just said? How about using words like "inexcusable, inappropriate, messed up, how in the world, what were you thinking, what a clown, what a joke...." it may help rid you of curse words all together.

In one of my angry posts I used phrases with the word Hell in them. I do not consider that to be cursing, but then again it is about context. I try not to use phrases of that calibur, but it is the strongest language you will ever see me / hear me using in my every day life.

Try and see how you can improve your thoughts with non-cursing alternatives to curse words and phrases.
