That is what it seems to be anymore. I have been busy. This week won't be that busy, though...but we signed up for the Y and now that will be a nearly daily trek for us. It's time we as a family really got into shape. I mean, it's not like we can just grow our own foods, have our orchards full of Loquat trees and our vineyards stocked with grapes. We live in a rented home. It's up to us to get ourselves healthy without breaking the bank. We signed up for the Y on a day when they had no sign on fee, so we only have the monthly fee to contend with. I am excited to get my 160 lb butt back to 140 or so. I was doing so well, but me being who I am, it's hard to stay consistent. If I could be at least as consistent with exercise as I am with my blogging, I would be FINE! LOL
