Remember how I was telling you about wanting to adopt a child instead of having one myself? Well I was looking around more and saw a site that allows you to set up free Adoption Parent Profiles so that birth mothers can find you. So, any one who would like to adopt out a child can look on the site and find a suitable parent or parents for their child. How cool is that? It's a very successful system. I recommend getting a lawyer, though, so you don't get any scammers and they recommend the same. Take a look through their FAQ page and see what I mean. This exactly the type of site that I will be coming back to if we do decide to adopt. There aren't a lot of people looking in New Jersey on this site, so maybe we would be top priority for a local mother. That would be great. In a lot of ways, I would rather have someone hand pick me because I am special and they feel that I would be the right mother for their child. What do you all think?
